Deposits at Balkan Bet are in dinars, so there is no exchange spread on the way in or out. Behind the method names there are three families, and choosing the family is the only decision that matters.
How to pay in
There are 8 ways to pay in: Betting shop, VCash, DinaCard, Visa, IPS, Mastercard, Payspot and A-Voucher. The minimum and the ceiling for each method appear when you select it; those thresholds change now and then, so they are not worth memorising in advance.
What sits behind the names
The real decision is not which method but which of three families suits you.
- Instant transfer and cards — the money leaves the account or card and lands on the balance within seconds. It asks that your bank permit that kind of transaction, and that is the only thing here that can go wrong.
- Vouchers — a voucher is bought with cash, and its code goes into the cashier. No card is needed at all, which makes this the first choice for anyone who would rather not put one online.
- Cash at a payment point — handed over in person, with the balance updating on the spot. Compared with a phone, it is slower by the trip to the counter and nothing else.
How to choose a family
For people who live in their banking app anyway, the instant transfer is the shortest path. If you would rather keep the bank out of it, a voucher does the same job without a card number being entered anywhere. The counter pays off for anyone who passes a payment point in any case.
What goes wrong, and why
- Card payment refused. As a rule it is the issuing bank, not the operator. The same attempt will not pass a second time, so try another method.
- A payment from an account that is not yours. The rule is simple: the deposit must come from something in your name. The result is a refund, and sometimes a problem when verification comes round.
- A late cash deposit. Until you see the money on the balance, the receipt stays with you, because the payment is traced by its reference. A double payment only adds a second case to check.
- Depositing before deciding a limit. The deposit limit from registration is the most useful button on the whole site, and setting it in advance is incomparably easier than remembering it later.
Paying in is the easy part; for the payout, verification matters more than the method you choose — read how withdrawals work and registration and verification. Every other method is described on the payments hub.
